Tim Fitzpatrick is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He leads the company with decades of experience and expertise in financial services and student loan servicing. Prior to joining Tuition Options in 2009, Tim served as CEO and Chief Operating Officer during his tenure at Sallie Mae (SLM Corp) from 1997 through 2007. Prior to joining SLM, Tim served as President and CEO of Equity One, Inc.

Kate Cavataio is Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for Tuition Options. Kate has been with Tuition Options since 2008 and has spent her career focused on student lending and loan servicing. She leads our finance team and helps support our school partners with her vast knowledge of payment solutions, treasury operations and loan servicing state and regulatory reporting. Prior to joining Tuition Options, Kate worked for Sallie Mae and Arthur Andersen LLP.

Jason Morgan is Executive Vice President - IT Operations and Product Development. Jason has been with Tuition Options since 2008 and brings his many years of experience in student loan servicing product management. Jason is responsible for defining and implementing strategic technology-related initiatives to build operational efficiencies and manage the company’s enterprise data management solution.

Jim Jackson is Executive Vice President - Servicing. Jim has been with Tuition Options since 2008. Prior to joining the team, Jim was Managing Director in the Sales/Debt Management Division for Sallie Mae. In his current role, Jim oversees Tuition Options’ servicing strategies by monitoring and leveraging repayment analytics to create servicing polices that support borrowers while maximizing recoveries.

TJ Fitzpatrick is Executive Vice President - School Operations. TJ oversees the management of specialized repayment programs for post-secondary schools in all sectors – public, private and not for profit. Prior to joining Tuition Options in 2008, TJ served as Regional Sales Manager for SLM Financial for eight years.

Tamela Butler is Executive Vice President - Administration and Compliance. Tammy joined Tuition Options in 2008 and is responsible for the overall management of daily office operations, human resources, legal matters and regulatory compliance for the company. She has over 20 years of executive office experience and was formerly employed by Sallie Mae, Host Marriott Corporation and Arthur Andersen LLP..

Leslie Nardozzi is Senior Vice President, Marketing and Client Development. Leslie joined the Tuition Options team in 2008.   She has many years of experience in student loan servicing and is responsible for client management and retention - from onboarding new school partners to supporting and helping existing clients grow.  Prior to joining Tuition Options, Leslie worked at Sallie Mae.

Craig LaBrot is Senior Vice President-National Sales. Craig joined Tuition Options in 2008 and works with school executives across the country to help implement effective and flexible student repayment programs that meet the needs of schools and their students. Prior to joining Tuition Options, Craig served as the West Region Vice President for Sallie Mae’s private loan division-SLM Financial.

Brian Fitzpatrick is Senior Vice President - Analytics.  Brian joined Tuition Options in 2009 and is responsible for overseeing the company’s portfolio analytics team, conducting loan loss reserves analytics, credit facility financing and credit scorecard development. In addition, Brian manages the underwriting and approval of student loans for school clients.
